This combination of Light Briar Wood and Platinum Music nib is not available usually, especially at this price. The pen is brand new and has been inked only to test the nib and ensure it was writing smoothly and without any issue.
It is a very nice Music nib, which feels like a 1.1 stub, and writes in any way you position it (unlike some other music nibs which can be very particular about it).
If you like stubs, you’ll love this nib! Well deserving of its reputation. MSRP: 450 USD.

The feel of the wood in the hand is amazing, it’s a natural material which feels like an extension of your skin. The pattern and color is exactly what you see in the pictures. These pictures were taken by me to show the exact pen you will receive, as each wood pattern is unique. This way you won’t be disappointed by what you’ll get.

No tuning work or smoothing has been necessary for this pen, it writes beautifully out of the box. The writing sample shows you the natural line variation you can achieve with this pen. Please don’t mind my not so good handwriting :).
The nib has some cushion to it, but isn’t what I would call soft. You can however squeeze out a little extra when applying pressure, of course only if you know what you’re doing as you wouldn’t want to damage such a beautiful nib.
It is smooth with a little of good feedback. You can also do reverse writing to a slightly smaller stub line, this side has more feedback, but isn’t scratchy at all (which is unusual in a good way for a music nib).
